Yes, all item I sell are working and operational, currently being used at my home.

I do not ship items, these are local sells, cash only at the time of pick up- exchange.

Are these items real, accurate, and will I receive a product?
Yes, you will be receiving as shown in picture, I do not sell Junk, most items are items we do not utilize anymore and are taking garage space and collecting dust. We do not longer have use for them. There are also items we bought and are new, but we cannot longer return, or decided not to use.

Is Furniture in good condition, decent and clean to bring in our home?
Yes, most of our furniture being sold is new, or gently used, from our home, clean, non-smoking home, selling due to change of style/decor, and /or not fitting in our space properly. We have dogs, but they are small, clean-properly vet, and not allowed on furniture specially if new.
